I am closely monitoring the advice from the government and my associations, Federation Holistic Therapy (FHT) and Professional Reflexology (PR), and have made some changes in how I will operate under their best guidance:
Please use hand sanitiser as soon as you arrive at the Yurt, to help protect both of us – Please use it on the way in and on the way out.
Please bring your own water bottle in, to have a drink and a pen.
Please bring in as little as possible into the unit and limit phone use to only when needed in case of an emergency.
If you have been to see me before, I will ask you to fill in another initial consultation form. You will receive more information about this when booking. This is so we keep the talking to the minimum during the actual appointment. Before booking – Find below a questionnaire, please fill it out and return it back to me as soon as possible, Thank you.
PLEASE REARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS. IF YOU CAN TRY TO DO THIS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME, I WOULD BE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.
I would very much appreciate if you can arrive promptly, not early or late, to minimise contact with other clients and to allow me to disinfect the yurt between clients. You will be required to wait outside the building if early. If you wish to bring someone to accompany you please ensure you let the therapist know in advance, but please arrive on your own where possible.
As of 14-9-2020 the Welsh government requires that masks are mandatory in all enclosed spaces. Unfortunately, I have to ask all clients to wear a mask. I have masks available at the Yurt if you do not have one.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW if you have a health condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. I will make arrangements for you if this is the case and I will be wearing full PPE during the session, mask, visor, apron and possibly gloves.
I will have 30- 50 minute gap between clients to do a thorough clean of the space.
When you arrive please follow myself without touching anything and sanitise your hands before entering the yurt.
Please note I have minimised soft furnishings within the yurt to ensure no contamination and provide a wooden table, upon which you can leave your coat and any personal belongings when removed. Please try to avoid bringing any extra personal belongings with you when possible.
Please bring your own mask, water and pen.
Payment can be made either by cash or online bank transfer (please ask for details)
I am registered with the official NHS QR code which is display on the door of my premises, so that clients and visitors can scan this, using the NHS COVID-19 app. Clients and visitors are not obliged to use the NHS QR code, but the more people who support the official NHS system, the better those in your local community will be protected.
Due to changing government guidelines, I may update these measures and will update you before your treatment.
Many thanks, Laura.
