Laura Reiki & Reflexology offers personalised, one-to-one Reiki refresher courses for Level One and Level Two practitioners. Whether it has been months or years since your training, these sessions give you a calm, supportive space to rebuild your confidence and reconnect with your Reiki practice.
What you will receive
Every refresher course includes a handout covering:
- The Reiki Principles and their meanings
- Hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
- A chakra refresher
- Grounding and protection techniques
- Practical guidance, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions
Booking requirement: You must have completed the relevant Reiki level and send a copy of your original Reiki certificate when you book.
Attunements: Attunements are not part of online sessions. If you would like one, it is optional and available in person only.
Refresher courses
Reiki Level One refresher
Reconnect with the foundations of Reiki practice.
Time: 11am to 3pm (4 hours)
Format: One-to-one, in person or online

- Understanding Reiki and how it works
- The seven chakras and energy awareness
- Hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
- The Reiki Code of Practice
- Discussion and Q&A
- An optional attunement, face to face only
Reiki Level Two refresher
Revisit the symbols, distance Reiki, and energy awareness.
Time: 11am to 3pm (4 hours)
Format: One-to-one, in person or online
Investment: £115
Content:
- Drawing and using the three Reiki symbols
- Their meaning and purpose
- Distance Reiki techniques
- Energy awareness, sensitivity, and space cleansing
- Discussion and Q&A
- An optional attunement, face to face only
Reiki development workshop (one-to-one)
For students who have completed Level One or Two and want to continue their personal and spiritual development.
Duration: 3 hours
Investment: £100. A non-refundable deposit of £50 secures your booking.
Content:
- Understanding the chakras and their role in energy awareness
- Exploring the links between chakras, colour, and emotions
- Using colour and energy awareness to support balance and wellbeing
- Personal reflection and spiritual development
- Guidance for your continued Reiki journey
Specialised one-to-one workshops
Available to Reiki Level Two practitioners and above. Dates available on request.
Reiki symbol workshops
Develop a deeper understanding of each symbol through discussion, meditation, and practical exercises.
Duration: 90 minutes each | Investment: £85 per workshop
- Power Symbol Workshop: strengthen grounding and personal energy
- Harmony Symbol Workshop: explore emotional balance and a sense of calm
- Distance Symbol Workshop: explore how Reiki is traditionally used at a distance
Energy workshops
Duration: 2 hours each | Investment: £95 per workshop
- Chakras and Aura Workshop: learn chakra cleansing, balancing techniques, and practical aura awareness for everyday energy work
- Pendulum Workshop: learn how to choose, calibrate, and confidently use a pendulum for guidance, clarity, and energy clearing
- Colours and Energy Workshop: explore how colour can influence mood and a sense of balance in daily life
Monthly Reiki Shares
After your course, you are welcome to join our monthly Reiki Share, a relaxed session where Reiki students and practitioners meet to practise together, swap experiences, and ask questions in a supportive setting.
