My name is Laura. I have always been interested in health and well-being, when at a young age I discovered Reflexology I became intrigued by this ancient art and qualified in Reflexology in 2008. 
Since qualifying I have continued to develop my professional knowledge and skills and have undertaken a number of additional courses, you can see more details of the additional training I have undertaken here.

I started my spiritual journey about 20 years ago I find it wonderful to discover more about our real selves and see that we are spiritual creatures who have a body and not the other way round. I obtained my Reiki level one and Reiki level two Degree in 2011 and I qualified as a Reiki Master and teacher in 2016.
I find that the combination of Reflexology and Reiki can work very well together, and they intensify the beneficial effects of the two individual therapies. The universal energy what Reiki is, in combination with the Reflexology therapy make clients feel extremely relaxed and energised at the same time by the end of a treatment.

I had a wondeful treatment of reflexology today... really looking forward to my reiki session next week!
The yurt is great, the whole experience is really relaxing and Laura is professional, calm and I felt completely at ease with her. I definitely felt the effects of the treatment straight away - I am very impressed and can't wait to go back!
The only negative side to it is that I don't think that even a 4 hour apppointment would be long enough because it is so fab :)
