Level 1 Reiki
The First Degree – Shoden
Focuses on building confidence in using Reiki for everyday life. No prior experience needed.
The Physical Body & Self-Healing
What you will learn: Basics of energy healing, self-healing techniques, supporting family/friends/pets, grounding, protection, and hands-on practice.
Format: One-day course (Small group or Private 1-to-1 course) 10am to 4.30pm

What you will learn: Basics of energy healing, self-healing techniques, supporting family/friends/pets, grounding, protection, and hands-on practice.
Format: Small group (max 4) or Private 1-to-1
This is the “entry point.” The primary goal of Level 1 is to open your energy channels so you can channel Reiki for yourself and others on a physical level.
The Attunement: You receive a series of attunements that clear your energy centres (chakras).
The Practice: You learn hand positions for treating yourself and others. Much of this level is about self-care—using Reiki to calm your own nervous system and heal your own body.
The Goal: To become a “clear vessel” for the energy. By the end of this level, you can give Reiki to friends, family, pets, and plants.
Deposits: Kindly note a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place. By paying a non-refundable deposit, you not only reserve your place, but also allow us to prepare for your course in advance. This ensures a seamless and relaxing experience, supporting your journey to balance and wellbeing.
Level 2 Reiki
The Second Degree – Okuden
Focuses on the emotional/mental body and distance healing. For those ready to deepen their practice or practice professionally.
The Emotional/Mental Body & Distance Healing
What you will learn: Reiki symbols and their uses, distance healing, working with clients safely, and preparing for insurance and professional practice.
Format: Two-day course from 10.30am to 3.30pm (Small group or Private 1-to-1).
Investment- (Certification included): Small group: £225 or Private 1-to-1: £275
Reiki Level 2 is designed for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to deepen their Reiki practice. (Reiki Level 1 certificate required.) It is often called the “Practitioner Level” because it provides the tools needed to practice Reiki professionally.
The Symbols
: You are taught three sacred symbols. Think of these as “keys” that help you focus the energy for specific purposes:
Power Symbol: To increase or focus the energy flow.
Mental/Emotional Symbol: To help with deep-seated habits, anxiety, or emotional trauma.
Distance Symbol: To send Reiki across space and time (to someone in another city or even to a past or future event).
The Goal
: To expand your practice beyond the “here and now.”
To ensure a nurturing and supportive learning environment, class sizes are strictly limited to a maximum of four students, giving you the individual guidance and attention you need throughout the course.

Level 3
The Third Degree, Master Level
Shinpiden
Focus: The Spiritual Body & Teaching
At this level, the energy becomes more refined. It is less about “doing” and more about “being.”
The Master Symbol: You receive the fourth symbol, which represents the “Great Shining Light.” It connects you to your higher self and the source of the energy more directly.
The Teacher path: You learn the technical process of how to perform attunements on others. This allows you to pass the gift of Reiki on to your own students.
The Goal: Spiritual mastery and the commitment to live the Reiki principles every day. At this level, the focus turns inward.
You will learn: to master your own energy through self-care practices, daily self-treatments, meditation, and maintaining healthy energetic boundaries. You will also be introduced to the Master Symbol to deepen your connection with Reiki energy.
This training emphasises strengthening your personal practice and spiritual connection. You will also learn how to give attunements to others and gain the skills and confidence needed to teach Reiki classes yourself.
Important Information
Completion of Reiki Master Teacher training provides a Reiki Master Teacher qualification and prepares you to continue your Reiki journey towards teaching.
Please note that a Reiki Master Teacher certificate is a Reiki-specific qualification and is not, by itself, a general teaching qualification.
If you intend to teach Reiki professionally, you may also need a recognised teaching qualification, such as the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), depending on the requirements of the organisation or accreditation you choose to work with.
Teaching and insurance requirements can vary between professional organisations and insurance providers, particularly when issuing certificates of competence. It is therefore your responsibility to check the requirements of your chosen insurer before beginning to teach Reiki professionally.
