Hello, I’m Laura,
I am a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Teacher, Life Coach, and holistic wellbeing practitioner, and I’ve been helping people find greater relaxation, balance, and wellbeing since 2008.
My passion for holistic healing began when I first discovered Reflexology. I was fascinated by its gentle, non-invasive approach and the way it encourages the body to relax and restore its natural balance. I qualified in 2008 and have continued to develop my knowledge through ongoing professional training and specialist courses.

My Spiritual Journey
My spiritual journey began more than 15 years ago, and Reiki has been a central part of it ever since. I completed my Reiki Level One and Two training in 2011 and became a Reiki Master and Teacher in 2016. Today, Reiki is a part of both my life and my work, and it’s a joy to help clients find deep relaxation, inner calm, and a renewed sense of balance.
Sharing My Knowledge
The more my own experience has grown, the more I’ve wanted to share it. Alongside treatments, I now offer Certified Reiki Courses, refresher training, and wellbeing workshops. Seeing someone discover Reiki for themselves, and grow in confidence using it safely in everyday life, is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
I also draw on my background in Life Coaching, Indian Head Massage, Spiritual Development, and holistic wellbeing to help clients understand the connection between their body, mind, emotions, and everyday life. My aim is not only to offer treatments, but to give you practical tools that support lasting wellbeing.

I created my treatment yurt and the Centre as a place where you can slow down, leave the outside world behind, and simply take time for yourself. Whether you’re visiting for Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, a Reiki course, or a wellbeing workshop, my hope is that you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and completely at ease from the moment you arrive.
